Angela Kemp graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona with an Extended Bachelors of Science in english education. She is now beginning her 6th year of teaching and has taught all grades between 7th- 12th (ages 12-18) in the subject of english. She has also taught varying levels of english education ranging from the Remedial level to the Honors level. Her current assignment in the United States is in the Freshman Standard Level of English Education for students entering high school. As a Fulbright Teacher Exchange Angela Kemp will be teaching English at the Delhi Public School, Kolkata. Her main goal behind her Fulbright fellowship to India is to experience the political, cultural, and personal differences between the American and Indian educational school systems. She aims to write a book exploring common archetypal figures in both cultures, with the hopes of expelling current educational stereotypes in both societies. |
